Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin a return, email: CJ@TheUltimateTrends.com

Please include:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund processing time is 5–7 business days following approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through misuse or neglect
• Items missing original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email CJ@TheUltimateTrends.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
